How Remote Guidance works
The Alfa Laval Remote Guidance service is delivered over a video link between our service centre and your crew - in real-time over any smart phone, laptop, or tablet.
The Remote Guidance service is billed by the hour, similar to the rates for service in our Service Centre, or field service. The Remote Guidance service can booked as needed, or scheduled in advance, or as part of a package of scheduled maintenance.
Point out the exact part of your equipment, feed setup and location of the equipment in your plant - in real-time.
Scope of service
Alfa Laval remote guidance can be used with most of Alfa Laval equipment. You can either get this service with a subscription, or on demand. To find out more about what packages suit your need best, please contact your local Alfa Laval's Service

This option allows you the greatest range of industrial centrifuge repair options. The work, parts replacement, tuning and testing is done more efficiently at our facilities than in the field. A larger team of qualified technicians do the repair work using the most modern service bays and tools.
Alfa Laval service centres turn around separation equipment quickly. Your equipment is also returned to you full tested - to be operating within safety, performance and reliability criterion for many more years.
