Minister of Transport announces funding to support clean energy adoption in the trucking sector

Three recent investment announcements have pledged a total of $3 million towards supporting the adoption of clean energy measures within the Canadian trucking industry.

The funded projects will work towards reducing pollution from medium and heavy-duty transportation, increasing knowledge of zero-emission truck performance, supporting the development of training materials, and aiding in provincial planning to support the safe deployment of zero-emission trucking technologies.
