Ale you need is sun at this solar powered N.B. brewery

At Off Grid Ales, solar power is exclusively used to keep the entire brewery running.

And although this energy source poses some restrictions, such as only being able to brew their five beers during daylight hours, owners Tallyia MacMullin and Tim Byrne are dedicated to sustainable practices.

 

"It's definitely something that both my husband and I were super passionate about,” said co-owner Tallyia MacMullin. “Where we live out in the country and protecting the land around us.”
