NGIF $5.5M Challenge to encourage cleantech innovation in natural gas industry

NGIF Industry Grants, a division of NGIF Capital Corporation, launched a C$4.5 million Cleantech Competition to foster and support the development of environmental performance solutions for the Canadian natural gas industry.

Renewable Natural Gas (RNG)


Carbon Capture Storage and Utilization

Heat Pumps and Micro-CHP


Waste Heat Utilization

Water Management


NGIF invites startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with solutions that can create value and mitigate environmental impacts in the production, transmission, distribution, and end-use of natural gas in Canada.


NGIF is offering up to $500,000 (CAD) per industry grant, representing as much as 33% of a project’s eligible expenses...”
