Join us for the semi-annual Alfa Laval training day in the Edmonton shop. Gain a deeper understanding of Separation and Heat Transfer equipment. Six free sessions for either operations or management staff. In-class engineering sessions and hands-on operations advice.

7:30 Raddison Hotel, Breakfast registration opens
8:30 Start of sessions with: Logistics, sessions on the agenda (in-classroom)
8:45 Basic theory of separation equipment: Stokes law and basic design (Classroom)
9:15 High Speed Separation equipment: Anatomy, Design and Function (Classroom)
9:45 Decanters with: Anatomy, Design and Function (Classroom)
10:15 Break and separate into two tracks in the Classroom or in the Shop:
10:30 Track 1 - Engineering / Management related topics, condition monitoring (classroom)
10:30 Track 2 - Operations and Maintenance, tuning, troubleshooting (at repair shop, hands-on)

AFTERNOON
12PM - Networking Lunch at Alfa Laval Shop Followed by hands-on equipment performance demonstrations.
