Aalborg XS-7V
The Aalborg XS-7V economizer is designed for utilisation of exhaust gas from the diesel engines for production of steam. The design is tailormade according to exhaust gas demand and temperature.
The economizer is carried out with the smoke tubes welded to the tube plates at both ends, and this robust design can, in emergency cases, withstand running dry.
The Aalborg XS-7V is designed without steam space and is built with the tubes welded to the tube plates at both ends and they can, in emergency cases, withstand running dry.
The sizes of the economizers depend on required steam capacity, amount of exhaust gas, temperature, and working pressure.

Fonctionnement
La chaudière est livrée complète, avec trous d’homme et leurs couvercles, portes de visite et de nettoyage, consoles de support ainsi que les accessoires nécessaires au levage et à la fixation. Les pièces de rechange et l’outillage sont fournis conformément aux exigences des sociétés de classification.
La chaudière est équipée de brides permettant le boulonnage aux gaines d’entrée et de sortie des gaz. Ces gaines d’entrée et de sortie peuvent être fournies en option.
Les tubes de la chaudière sont soudés aux plaques tubulaires à leurs deux extrémités, ce qui lui permet, en cas d’urgence, de supporter une marche à sec.
