We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager supporting all Divisions of the company for Capital and After Sales, based in the region .

Regional Sales Manager – Atlantic Canada



The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and after sales development of heat transfer, separation as well as marine environmental products and services in the Atlantic Canada region.

  • Ensuring profitable growth in a diverse market including Marine, Waste Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Industrial Separation, Food Processing segments.
  • Contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Prospecting to identify new customers and business opportunities as the local presence in the region, with a focus on building strong relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure that our enquiry and order fulfillment expectations from customers are met and exceeded
  • Frequent travel within your primary area is required, with occasional travel through Canada or internationally as required.

Your Profile

You are a self starter and goal-oriented towards sales targets, and able to work independently with a continuous improvement attitude.

  • You have a proven Technical Sales track record, selling as a regional sales person.
  • You enjoy meeting new people and building personal relationships as an account manager with contacts that come to rely on you for the long term as well as immediate requirements.
  • You enjoy prospecting for new opportunities and are at ease with people at all levels of a company.
  • You have sold projects with extended sales cycles
  • You have a chemical, mechanical or marine engineering education and experience
  • A working knowledge of centrifugal separation and heat transfer equipment is an asset
  • Being bi-lingual in English/French is an asset
  • You demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication, good personal organisation and negotiation skills.
